Will <br />request legislation foe sane. Mr. Prakasy scheduled a Streets 6 Drainage <br />Committee meeting for May 23, 1972, 8:00 P.M., City Sall, and requested <br />Service Director Caster and City Engineer Rarhan to be in attendance. <br />LETTERS, (XBIMtNICATIONS: <br />The Clerk read a petition signed by 24 residents of Sweetbrier Drina, <br />requesting that a street light be placed on existing pole on south side <br />of Sweetbrier Dr. opposite east corner of 25500 Sweetbrier Dr. Residents <br />feel this is a necessity as street is pearly lit which encourages vandalism <br />and theft. <br />LEGISLATIONS <br />Ordinance No. 72-27 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. <br />An Ordinance amending the Zone tiap ado@tad as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 <br />(known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the <br />designation thereon of certain land from the present deaignatioAS thereo~a <br />as Mixed Use District to General Retail Business District. Mr. West moved <br />for adaQtion of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Boeimrer. <br />Mr. Lampert asked Mr. facet if he was assured this would not be used for <br />anything other than a beauty parlor. Mr. facet said he cannot guarantee <br />but the B.Z.& D. Coamittee knows owner has a slgmed legal contr~t to <br />sell with specifications that it is going to be for a beauty parlor, and <br />he disclaims any knowledge of request for the liquor pero-3t. <br />Roll Call on Motion: Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prdcasy, <br />Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />Resolution No. 72-51 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise far <br />bids for new tires and tubes for use by the City and authorising the Mayor <br />to contract for same. Mr. Boeha~er moved for adoption of Resalutioa, <br />seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giessen, Liapert, Prdicasy, <br />Saringer, Speedling, West. Nation carried. <br /> <br />
