Council Minutes of May 16, 1972 -3- subject to a lot of criticism to no avail as he feels this proposal ultimately would be defeated. Roll call on Motioa: Affirmative vats: Boehmer, Giesser, West. Negative vote: Lampert, Prokasp, Beringer, Speedliag. 4 Nags - 3 Yeas -Motion defeated. Mr. Kest stated this gives the Cc~mwttee the expression needed and will not ask for legislation far a Public Heaaring. Mr. Hest also ~certaix~ad Eras Law Director Kitchen that it is not,aec~ssary that a motion be made to reject proposal. 4) Szarka parking layout for restaurant they are going to have. Parking meets all requirements of Code. Mr. West oracle a motion that the Szarka Parking layout be apprdMed. Motion seconded by Mr. Boehnrer. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Lmpeert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. 5) Thomas parking layout near Andrtut ~ Whitethorn Aves. A group of stores there and their need is to iacreaae parking. Committee approved of parking. Mr. West made a motion that Council approvs the Thomas parking layout. Nation seconded by Mr. Giesser. Mr. Prokasy comwented he looked at proposal and can understand Coomittee's feeling on same. He has some dissatisfaction with the parking area in that the parking area is not directly con~-ected to the parcel. Agrees with the need for parking but would like to see song sort of easement across the adjoining property. Roll Call of Motion: Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Lim~-ert, Saringer, Speedling, West. Negative vote: Prokasp. 6 Yeas - 1 Nap -Motion carried. 6) Hausmann Assembly Hall Barking layout. Committee reeommends parking be approved. Mr. West made a motion that Council approve the parking layout of Haussa~t Assembly Hall. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasp, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. 7) Pamper Subdivision joining two lots together on Stearns Rd. Committee has approved and Will request legislation approving for platting pux^paa~ csarly. 8) Dr. Adams Office parking layout at 30692 Lorain ttd. Coad.ttee approved sage. Mr. T.iest made a motion that Council approve the pasting layout far Dr. A<laws Office. Motioa seconded by Mr. Giesser. Affirmative vote Boehwer, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, 5peedling, hest. Motion carried. 9) Ray Puzzitiello Stores which are to be located at corner of Coe A Lorain Rds. Reviewed parking layout and parking meets all of City's Code. Mr. West made a motion that Gotutcil approve the parking layout of Ray Puzzitiello Stores. Motioa seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote Boetm~er, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried.
