<br />Minutes of Gbuncil rieeting of May 3, 1972 -4- <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. West referred Ord. No. 72-49 to Planning ComB-iseion. <br />Mr. Giesser stated he checked into whether or not the house trailer at <br />Parker Reynolds is on a tem~sorarq basis. Building Commissioner Gundy <br />issued a temporary permit until August. <br />Mr. Boehmer inquired about City's new ambulance. Mayer Christman <br />reported it had been delivered May 2, 1972. <br />Under Neca Business <br />Mr. West scheduled a Building, Zoniag & Development Cc~aittee meeting <br />on May 15, 1972, 8:15 P.M., City Hall and requested Clerk to invite Mr. <br />Spontelli to meeting. <br />Mr. West requested 1®gislation to indicate that Council go along with <br />the extension of Brookpark as set forth in the drawings, and legislation <br />to cover the improvement of Brookpark Extension and the spur. <br />Mr. Sp®edling scheduled a combined Transportation and Finance Committee <br />meeting on May 9, 1972, 8:30 P.M., City Hall. <br />Mr. Limpert scheduled a Finance Committee meeting; on May 4, 1972, B:O0 P.M., <br />City Hall. <br />Mr. Boehmer requested legislation to amend Ordinance No. 71-128, Section <br />140.02 A to read: "Cost of renewal license $5.00 per year". <br />Mr. Boehmer commended Service Department for fine fob they did on the <br />rail at Berkshire Drive. <br />Mr. Speedling made a motion to amend the traffic control map and file <br />to include the proposed changes in traffic control signals to include <br />traffic light at Butternut ~4 Columbia, walk lights at Great Northern <br />& Lorain, Barton Road & Lorain, ~d McBeth & Claque. Motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, <br />Saringer, Speedling, West. 2~Iotion carried. <br />Mr. West moved to excuse the absence of Mr. Prokasy. Motion was seconded <br />by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Saringer, <br />Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />Mr. West moved that meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. <br />Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Saringer, Speedling, West. <br />Motion carried. <br />Meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 8:45 P.M. <br />~~~~ <br />Nora T.
