Minutes of Council Meeting of May 3, 1972 -3- A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the tdast River Land Companies Consolidation Plat. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Mr, Limpert made a motion that Ord. No. 72-43 be tabled. Motion was seconded bq Mr. West. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Ordinance No. 72-49 introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading. An Ordinance amending the Zvne Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (knara as tide Zoning Code of the City of North Opted) by changing the designation thereon as General Retail District to B Residence District. At this time Mr. 'Nest set a Public Hearing date on Ord. No. 72-29 for June 5, 1972, 8:15 p.m., City Hall. Resolution No. 72-51 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for nec•~ tires and tubes for use by the City and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. Ordinance No. 72-53 introduced by Mr. Speedling was given its second reading. An Ordinance granting reduced fares for senior citizens riding the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. Mr. Speedling made a motion that the Clerk of Council's secoc~d reading of Ordinance No. 72-53 be rescinded. Motion was seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Saringer, Speedling, ?hest. Motion carried. Mr. Speedling made a motion that Ordinance No. 72-53 be amended to delete the requirement for residency in the City of North Olmsted. i~tion was seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Boehtaer, Giesser, Limpert, Saringer, Speedling, !Jest. Motion carried. Ordinance No. 72-53 introduced by Mr. Speedling was given its second reading as amended. An Ordinance granting reduced fares for senior citizens riding the North Olmsted tunicipal Bus Line. Ordinance No. 72-54 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance trans- ferring appropriations for current exepnses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 3972. Mr. Limpert moved far suspension of rule requiring three separate readings. Motion case seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote Bcehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Saringer, Speedling, West. r~ir.
