President O'Neill discussed with Mr. Frank Rush, Porter Rd., a ]:attar Mr. Rush had sent President O'Neill. President O'Neill is of the opimisn that this is something between Mr. Rush sad the School Board and not bsawss~s Council and the School Board. Mr. t~assh stated the School Board is vio3ati:;g the State Law, and wishes to bring out such evidence. President O'Neill said he will dis- cuss the natter further with the Lea Director when Mr. Rush subdt~ in writing his allegations, and the State Law that Mr. Rush states the School Board is violating. Mr. C. Eason, 5071 Andrus Ave., submitted a petition to Cotmcil for the improvemeant of Oring Rd. for the extension of the water lies from its terminus on Oring to Martin Drive. President O'Neill said petition will go into Cotszittee of Council and Mr. Eason will be ca~stacted. LEGISLATION: Resolution No. 72-36 introduced by tor. West was given its third reading.
