Council Minutes of April 4, 1972 -4- Resolution :to. 72-39 c~*as introduced by Mr. Giesser and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 9. Resolution No. 72-40 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and liven its first reading. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Jamestown Village Apartments Subdivision No. 1. Resolution No. 72-41 Y•*as introduced by Mr. Giesser and piv®n its first reading. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the tdest River Land Companies Consolidation Plat. Resolution No. 72-42 lass introduced by Mr. Boehmer. A Resolution objecting to the application of !dorthern Crown, Inc., dba Dori-~~atic in coaforce ~•rith the provisions of O.R.G. 4303.261 and further due to "suitability of location", and declaring an urgency. Mr. poehmer moved for suspension of rule requiring; three separate readings, seconded by Atr. Limpert. Affir- mative vote Boehmer, Limpert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Abstained: Giesser. Mr. Boehmer moved for adoption of Resolution, set~ded by i~ir. Limpert. P•ir. Giesser stated he is abstaining from voting because he has had dealings in his law practice with this organisation. Roll Call on adoption: Affirmative vote Boehmer, Limpert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Abstained: Giesser. Motion carried. Under New t3usineas: Mrs. Saringer requested Lava lrirector draft an ordinance for purpose of regulating air conditioning systems calling for 60 decibels ~a~sured at the property 1?ne; also, legislation revising Oxdinance 2746, Chapter 1321.03. Regarding air conditioning systems ordinance, *dr. Limpert suggested the following change: checks at 4 hour intervals for more accuracy and explained his reasons. President O'Neill referred into Mr. Giesser`s Legislation Committee information regarding Cable T.V. for further study. .ir. Sneedlin~ requested legislation setting age limit, fares and specified times for reduced rates for ;olden age riderrs on bus line. Mr. Lampert requested Mayor Christman to check into status of trailer in used car lot of Parker Reynolds tahich appears to be in use as a sales office regarding special permit, etc. Mr. Limpert moved to excuse the absence of 1rir. Jest. Motion was seconded by r~zr. Giesser. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Prokasy, Saringer, SpeedlinQ. ~3otion carried. Mr. Boehmer moved that meeting be adjourned, seconded by Air.
