<br />Resolution No. 72-9 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept real property to be deeded
<br />to the City of North Olmsted as a consequence of "cluster zoning". Mr.
<br />West moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mx. Prokasy. Affirma-
<br />tive vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speediing, West.
<br />Matson carried.
<br />Resolution No. 72-1k introduced by Mr. West was given its second reading.
<br />A Resolution accepting for record purpaaes only the Pete Lasch Subdivision.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-15 introduced by Mr. Prokasy was given its second reading.
<br />An Ordinance establishing the complement of the Recreation Department
<br />affixing the compensation to be paid the members therefore and repealing
<br />Ordinance Na. 71-36, enacted March 2, 1971.
<br />Resolution No. 72-16 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy and given its first
<br />reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement
<br />far the use of the pool owed by Harry L. & Margaret A. Geiger, 28429
<br />Lorain Road, North Olmsted, and repealing Resolution No. 71-110, enacted
<br />July 6, 1971.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-17 was introduced by Mra. Beringer and given its first
<br />reading. An Ordinance changing the name of a portion of a street previously
<br />dedicated as Great Northern Boulevard to Country Club Boulevard.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-18 wan introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance changing the name of a portion of a street previously dedicated
<br />as Great Northern Bou~evard to Victoria Lane.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-19 was introduced by Mr. Limpert and given its first
<br />reading. An Ordinance creating a petty cash fund for the Police Department
<br />to feed prisoners in the North Olmsted jail.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-20 was introduced by Mr. Speedling. An Ordinance
<br />appropriating $500. for the Bus Drivers Safety Award Dinner to be held
<br />in February, 1972, and declaring an emergency. Mx. Speedling moved
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.
<br />Limpert. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Prokasy, Beringer, .
<br />Speedling, West. Mr. Speedling moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded
<br />by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Prokasy,
<br />Beringer, Speedling, Glest. Motion carried.
<br />Resolution No. 72-21 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A Resolution awarding
<br />an issue of $410,000 sewer improvement bonds to the highest bidder, sad
<br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Limpert moved for suspension of rule raequizing
<br />three separate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Baehmer,
<br />Giesser, Limpert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Mr. Limpert anved
<br />for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote Boehmer,
<br />Giessex, Limpert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Limpert moved that the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's
<br />Certificate in connection with Ordinance No. 72-22. Moticxn was seconded
<br />by Mr, West. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Prokasy, Saringer,
<br />Speediing, West. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished
<br />Certificate.
