<br />Ordinance No. 72-22 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuance of $1,275,000 renewal notes in anticipation of the
<br />issuance of bonds to pay the Caty's portion of the cwt of improving
<br />Bradlee Road and certain other streets and easements by constructing
<br />sanitary sewers, sewer curb coanectaans and necessary appurtenances,
<br />including necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drainage
<br />facilities (Contract No. 16), and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. West. Affirmative vats Baehsar, Giesler, Lampert, Prokasy,
<br />Saringer, Speedling, West. l~h'. Lampert waved for adoption of Ordinance,
<br />seconded by Mr, West. Affirmative vote Boehmer, Giessen, Li~ert, Prokasy,

<br />Mr. Lampert waved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate
<br />in connection with Ordinance Nis. 72-~3. Nation vas seconded by Mr. West.

<br />West. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Certificate.
<br />Ordinance No. 72-23 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance to provide
<br />far the issuance of $592,000 rax~nral aptes in anticipation of the issuance
<br />of bonds to pay the Caty`s portion of the cost of improving Coluae~ia Road
<br />and certain other streets and public easements by constructing sanitary
<br />sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary appurtenances, including
<br />necessary street resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities (Ctxitract

<br />Road and certain other streets and public easements by constructing
<br />sanitary sewers, sewer curb canaections and necessary appurtenances,
<br />including force main, setaage pumpan$ station, necessary street resurfacing
<br />and restoration of drainage facilities (Contract 12), and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. Lampert moved for suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vats Boehmer,
