Coss~rttee agreed to go along with Planning Cossrission's rejection of this request. At this tiara Mr. tdest made a mc-tion that Cotsacil reject the rsauest far rezoning by Saks. Motion Was sreconded by ttr. Prokasq. Affirsative vote Boehmer, Giesler, LiiRtaert, Prokaay, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carded. 2) Bower Subdivision - Cas~ittee decided to hold up any action on this until developer gives a full layout for the homes that are going to be built on two or three o€ the lots that look aWlcward for having a dwelling built on sears. 3) Proposed relocation of Great Northern sanitary setter which is an 18" sewer and needs to be moved in order to keep the Mall aatd exte~ia~ of Great Northern Shopping Center from going over the sewer. At this flare Mr. West made a ~rotion that Council approve the layout of the relocation of the 18" setter line in the Great Northern Shopping Center area. Motion was seconded by Mr. Boehaarer. Affirmative vote r, Gieeser, Lampert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. 4) Proposed Biskind Subdivision called Bretton Ridge Subdivision #~5 which is on Christs+oaun Drive near entrance to Bretton Ridge Subdivision. Proposal is to re>none the area in there from Retail to Residence B.
