Motion carried. <br />9) North Olmsted Garden Estates mixed use proposal -Committee recommends <br />approval. <br />At this time Mr. TJeat mode a motion that Council approve the preliminary plans <br />for North Olmsted Garalen Estates. Motion was seconded bq Mr. Giesser. <br />Affirmative vote Boehtoer, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringwer, Speedling, <br />fleet. Motion carried. <br />10) Committee was advised that in 1969 the B.2.J~D.
