' Council Minutes of 12-1'3-73 -2- <br />Mr. Speedling, Chairman Transportation Committee, reported following: 1) re bus <br />line -still have 17 pieces of equagment that should be replaced; looking at a <br />transfer of appropriations from General Fund to Bus Line to carry through the <br />balance of year; are meeting tomorrow night with Chairman of Fairview Park <br />Committee to again try to convince them of the need for additional revenue. <br />President O'Neill stated the Chair will entertain a motion at this tame to amend <br />the agenda to include Ordinance Nos. 73-155, 73-156 and 73-157 and waive the 24 <br />houx notice. <br />Mr. Prokasy moved the agenda be amended to include Ord. Nos. 73-155, 73-15b and <br />73-157 and to waive the 24 hazer notice, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative <br />vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Prokasy moved the agenda be amended to include Ord. No. 73-I48 for second <br />reading. Motion seconded by efr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, <br />Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Motion carried. <br />People addressing Council: <br />Mr. Michael Va , 23855 David Drive, addressed Council regarding the circulation <br />of initiative petition on Stearns Rd. <br />Ms. Mary Slama, 4512 Oak Circle, addressed Council regarding members of the <br />committee named on initiative petition on Stearns Rd. <br />Mr. A. Ransom, 28265 Gardenia Drive, addressed Council regarding walkway into <br />North Park Estates which runs between his and his neighbor's hots and requested <br />a fence to alleviate problems he detailed. Considerable discussion ensued. <br />President O'Neill referred subject matter to Mr. Limpext, Chairman of Finance <br />Committee, for Committee study and report. <br />Mr. C. Smoiinski, 28291 Gardenia Drive, addressed Council regarding urallo«tay into <br />North Park Estates which runs between his house and his neighbor's house and <br />requested a fence be installed giving reasons therefor. <br />Mr. Bill Bruton, 4557 dew Drive, representing North Park Estates Homeowners Assn. <br />addressed Council regarding walkway into North Park Bstates; rerouting of the <br />buses for public and parochial children; permit required to erect fence on <br />personal property. <br />Mr. John Fairfield, 5059 Devon Drive, addressed Council regarding political <br />advertising on bus line. <br />Mr. James Gorcyca, 25320 Clubside Drive, addressed Council in connection with <br />public lighting on Country Club Blvd.; rubbish pick-up; traffic control device <br />in area. Request for a traffic survey has been made to Safety Director. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 73-78 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution accepting for record purposes only the re-subdavisaon of Zehman Wolf <br />and Sherman Construction Company's Subdivision Nos. 1 and 2, the relocating of <br />streets contained therein, and repealing Ord. No. 2354, enacted August 2I, 1956 <br />and Ord. No. 2413, effective December 18, 1956. Mr. Giessen moved for adoption, <br />
