<br />Ordinance No. 73-122 introduced by Mr. Giesaer was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance regulating and establishing the collection of refuse from co~eeerci.al
<br />and multi-residential establisheents. Mr. Giesaer moved that Ord. No. 73-122
<br />be tabled, seconded by Mr. Lampert. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert,
<br />Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-122 tabled.
<br />Resolution NO. 73-140 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading.
<br />A Resolution requesting all municipalities and elected officials of Northern
<br />Ohio to help prevent any further runway extension at Cleveland Hopkins Airport.
<br />Mr. Boehmer moved that Res. No. 73-140 be postponed to date certain of January
<br />15, 1974, seconded by Mr. Lampert. Reason - Committee to get additional infor-
<br />mation. Roll Call on Notion: Affirmative vote: Bosh~ner, Giessen, Lampert,
<br />Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Motion carried. Res. No. 73-140 postponed to date
<br />certain of January 15, 1974.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-143 introduced by Mr. Wiest was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance to appropriate the fee simple interest in certain described real estate
<br />for the opening of an extension of Brookpark Road, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Mr. aoehmer moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. GieaFSer. Affirmative vote:
<br />Boehmer, Giesaer, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Motion carried. Ord.

<br />Ordinance No. 73-145 introduced by Mr. Giesaer was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance ~ tablishing Chapter 1303 of Part Thirteen, Title One of the Codified
<br />Ordinances, entitled "Heat and Air Conditionang Insulation Standards". Mr. Glasser
<br />moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen,
<br />Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. lotion carried. Ord. No. 73-145 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-146 introduced by Mr. Giesaer was given its third reading. An
<br />Ordinance amending Part 13, entitled, "Building Code", Title One, entitled,
<br />"Residential Standards", Chapter 1301, entitled "Regional Dwelling Code", adopted
<br />Section 1301.05, entitled, "Amendments to Regional Dwelling House Code", Para-
<br />graph E. Mr. Giessen moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Lampert. Affirmative
<br />vote: Boehmer, Giesaer, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Motion carried.

<br />Resolution No. 73-148 introduced by Mr. Prokasy was given its second reading.
<br />A Resolution declaring the necessity of constructing certain sidewalks on 5parky
<br />Lane, requiring that abutting property owners construct the same, and declaring
<br />an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-149 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance $mending Ord.
<br />No. 71-161, (Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted), Part I5 entitled
<br />"Taxation Code", Title One entitled, "Municipal Income Tax", Chapter 1501.13
<br />entitled, "Payment of Tax", Section 1501.1303 entitled, "Declarataons of Income
<br />Tax Collected at Source", Section 1501.1306 entitled, "Payment to accompany
<br />declaration," and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert awed for suspension of
<br />rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote:
<br />Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Spelling. Mr. Lampert moved for
<br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesaer, Lampert,
<br />Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-144 adopted.
