Lampert. An Ordinance transferring <br />appropriations and making addational appropriations for current expenses and <br />other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending <br />December 31, 1973. Mr. Lampert moved far suspension of rule requiring three <br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehater, Giesser, <br />Lampert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling. Mx. An Ordinance authorising <br />the Mayor to employ special counsel to assist in the appropriation of property <br />necessary for street purposes and to assist in the defense of the Citq of North <br />Olmsted in the Needle Cases, and declaring an emergency.
