<br />December 31, 1973. Mr. Lampert moved far suspension of rule requiring three
<br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehater, Giesser,

<br />the Mayor to employ special counsel to assist in the appropriation of property
<br />necessary for street purposes and to assist in the defense of the Citq of North
<br />Olmsted in the Needle Cases, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Giesser moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Lampert.
