Council Minutes of 10-16-73
-3-
3. The Council should immediately proceed with the legislation
which is necessary to finance the construction of a recreation
complex, estimated to cost $3,348,770.00. This basically is in
accordance with the Roster Report with certain modifications as
follows:
a. The diving well would be eliminated from the nataorium
and replaced with an outdoor pool of equal size.
b. The gymnasium would be eliminated from the project, as
it is a non-revenue producing facility.
c.
