Had layout of traffic and hoer driv~aryrs would fit into press:nt <br />traffic pattern. There was much. discussion. The Safety Di~~ctor - aLt~r survey, <br />recommended this not be approved on the basis that it was a aistinct hazard the <br />way it was laid out. Cosmittee attetepted to get d+ev+eloper to change the traffic <br />pattern so that it would fit in and not be such a hasard but reached no compromise. <br />Mr. falsest moved that Council rs~ect the Park Ridge Lorain Road Comarsrctal Proposal <br />known as Park Plasa. Motion serdecl by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: &~ehmer, <br />Giessen, Lampert, Prokasy, Beringer, Spaedling, West. Motion carried. <br />3) Stearns Road Subdivision taking two lots and making it into three and selling <br />off the back properties to Somerset property owners. In receipt of letters Eros <br />alI of the property owners oho a~pcsed to hu}r the property that thsf, in fact, did <br />plan to purchase same. Legislation will be requested to approve for record <br />purposes only the Stearns Road Stbdivison. <br />4) J. Hertaert Bazur Resubdivision on Wellesley Avenue- taking three lots and <br />making ease into two. Coatmitt~ recc~~emsru~s this be approved and legislation <br />approving for record purposes only will be requested; <br />5) Comsittee deferred action oa Red Fox Tavern and Restaurant esatil Coms~t.ttee <br />could meet wit3t people; also deferred action on proposed Rags Professional Bldg. <br />because of questions raised on drainage. Both items to be taken up at stdrsequsnt <br />B.Z.&D. Committee meeting. <br />3) Building, Zoning & Development Coawmi.ttee met again and revisewed following: <br />1) Relocation of Red Fox Inn. Seven people in attendance - 5 ageis-st relocatioci <br />for various reasons. Coaemittee wants to diseuss relocation with T.ae+ Director, <br />particularly Section 1173.02 of Zosring Code pertaining to clos+esress that stores <br />which sell or serve beverages can be located to each other. Meeting with Law <br />Director `rill be held; <br />2) Saes Professional Bldg. to be located at 26130 Lorain Rd. Drainage plans <br />available and satisfactory as well as parking. <br />Mr. West moved that Council approve the parking layout of Haas Professional Bldg. <br />l~otian seconded by Mr. Giessen.
