Resolution No. 73-123 was introduced by Mr. Boehsrer and given its first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to e>td fu<~ds for the marking of lanes and cross-walks on Brookpark Road within the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 73-124 was introduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorising the issuance of $95,000 renewal notes in anticipation of the issuance of beards for the purpose of paying the coat of acquiring certain real estate an Lorain Road as a site for the .expasrsia- of the City Building Complex, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert moved for suspearsioa of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boehreer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Lispert, Prakasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Baehmer. Affirmative vote: Bo+ehmer, Giesler, Lampert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-127 adopted.
