Motion carried. <br />Finance Director Gerlach furnished Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 73-227 was introduced by Mr, Lampert. An Ordinance authorising the <br />issuance of $95,000 renewal notes in anticipation of the issuance of beards for the <br />purpose of paying the coat of acquiring certain real estate an Lorain Road as a <br />site for the .expasrsia- of the City Building Complex, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Lampert moved for suspearsioa of rule requiring three separate readings, <br />seconded by Mr. Boehreer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Lispert, Prakasy, <br />Beringer, Speedling, West. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Baehmer. <br />Affirmative vote: Bo+ehmer, Giesler, Lampert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. <br />Motion carried. Ord.
