Mr. Giesler moved that Council approve the appointment of Mr. William Tubbs to Board of Zoning Appeals to fill umpired term of Mr. William Schmmaf, farm ending 12/31/75. Motion aecamdad by Mr. blast. Affirmative vote: Boetmrer, Giesler, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringar, 3~peMShcng, West. Motion carried. 4) scheduled a Legislation C~ittee meeting on Septa~ar 11, 1973, at 7:30 P.M., ti ty Hall . dir. Lampert, Chairman Fiuaetce Comtri.ttaa, reported following: l) Committee met regsrdis~ tranafar of appr~riatio~ for end of pear -ordinance aft a~etda; 2} considering appropriations for a Land use study to include acv location for service garage; 3) cortsiderfng transfer of apQrapriatians for MclCeasie Rd. Will dtack with County as to their timeterble for schedule of repairs for possible caiacidng of wrvtrk; 4) re request from Golden Alters as to a Director for this purpose. Committem felt there is a possibility there may be a need for such a position.
