Negative vote: Prokssy. 6 Yeas - 1 Naq -Motion carried. <br />4) MacDonald's expansion- proposal to zevise building and parking requirements <br />are maintained. Committee recommends approval. <br />Mr. West moved that Council approve the parking Iay~t for MacDoaald's Exgension. <br />Motion seconded by Mr. Giesler. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesler, Lippert, <br />Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion Carried. <br />5) re letter sent to Gold Circle as result of first meeting. Building Copmissianer <br />stated all of the items listed in letter have been taken care of esc+ap-t for item <br />#lU -all of the plantings. It vas agreed that with the very hot weather it <br />was probably not the best thing to plant them and have thep dfe. Copmittee has <br />agreed to meet with Officers of Pine Ridge on September 7, 1973, at 7:~ P.M. at <br />site of Gold Circle. <br />6) Columbia Village 4formerly called Columbine) This is m~,xed use and all of the <br />property is presently owned by the developer. Proposal is for 316 apartments. <br />Mr. West moved that proposal of Colua~-ia Village be referred to Planning Campission <br />with no action by Council. Motion seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: <br />Boehper, Giesser, Lippert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />7) proposed extension of Broxbourne by Mr. Shackleton has been referred to <br />Streets & Drainage Committee; <br />8) Michael Drive - Mr. Fred Baaer wishes to change lots -lots axe legal end will <br />request legislation to approve far record purposes only; <br />9)Zehman, Wolf, Sherman Subdivision No. 1 off Lorain Rd. Zhis has been subdivided <br />for years. Subdivision is for 44 lots - is zoned properly and these are final <br />improvement plans including drainage. Committee recommends approval. <br />}ir. West moved that Council approve the final improvement plans for Zehman, Wolf <br />Sherman Subdivision No. 1. Motion seconded by Mr. Giesler. Affirmative vote: <br />Boehmer, Giessen, Limpert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, Teat. Motion carded. <br />10) Blossom Dover Subdivision No. 2 -final improvement plans. Subdivisiox- is <br />between Cottonwood Trail and BenWOOd Circle. Committee decided to hold up <br />action on this because some of the people now living there have expressed concern <br />about the drainage. Comneitee will meet with residents and review drainage plans <br />wtith them; <br /> <br />
