Mr. Lampert, Chairman Finffitce Committee, reported this Committee met regarding request of Transportation Committee on bus drivers wagsa. Committee agreed upon a package increase and legislation will be requested. Mr. Speedling, Chairman Transportation Committee, reported following: l) Five County Transit Group met on May 9, 1973, and discussed further the questionnaire that is being designed to get reaction to the. type of txa~sportsxion they would like to see in the community and surrounding areas. Meat regular meet- ing will be scheduled far August 8, 1973 for this group; 2) Transportation Committee and Finance Committee of Council wi11 meet with Fairview Park Council at 7:30 P.M., Maq 24, 1973, at Fairview Park City Hall to diacuse the bus line. Committee discussed the left turn lane on Dover Center Road where Bmokpark Extension ends. Mr. West, Chairman Building, Zoning ~ Development Committee, and Long Range Platming Comaittee, reported following: B. Z ~ D. Committee and Council jointly met with Citizens Advisory Committee and Planning Commission on May 10, 1973, to review the Com~prehenaive Land Use Plan; Committee also met on May 14, 1973, with Planning Goaami.ttee of Plas~ing Comsission at a public nesting to hear comments of senior citizens on proposed senior Mr. West moved that Council request of the County Engineer that the left turn lane be extended by the Coucttq from Brookpark Bxtension down to Lorain Roast. Motion seconded by Mr. Boehm~er. Affismative vote: Boshmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West.
