<br />ordinance by the City Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, establishing
<br />a moratorium on the scceptsnce cif applications for the franchise of a cable tele-
<br />vision system, and on the granting of a franchise for a cable teelevisivn system
<br />to operate within the corporate limits of the Citq of North Olmsted, Ohio, and
<br />authorising participation in a regional commission for cable tele~rision, and
<br />authori~aing the axpetaditure of funds frvm the city treasury for the conducting
<br />of a study of cable television, and declaring an emergency.

<br />Ordinance establishing the organsatipn and compolitioa of the Police Depsrtswatt
<br />of the City of North Olarted; establishing salaries of the Maa~bera of the Police
<br />Departatent while on duty for the City of Borth Olmsted; establishing the per diem
