Gilligan to prc-vdie full and complete hearings conce~cuing the Cleveland Electric Illvr~inating Campae~yy Avon Richfield extra hi~- voltage transmission line in the vicinity of the Brecks- vi11e Air Navigati.an Facility to assure that these lines will not provide a navigation hazard. Mr. Lampert moved the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ordinance Igo. 73-St3, secwnded by Mr. West. Affirmatives vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedlit~g, West. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiseai Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 73-50 was introduced by Mr. Li~ert. An Ordinance ~thorixing the issuance of $34, 300 Dotes in antidpation of the issuance of bands for the purpose of acquiring certain real estate and the building thereon on Dover Center Rand ss a site for the expansion of the City Building Coeeplex, end dsclarsg an emergency. Mr. Lisgrert a-oved far suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by A4~r. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Lispert, Prokasy, Speedlipg, West. Negative vote: Saringer. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded bq Mr. fleet. Mxs. Saringer questioned the need for emergency inasmuch a,s the expansion of the City Building Complex is a long range plan. Mr. Lampert felt as~srgency was necessary due to the purchase -sale of property, etc. time limit involved. Roll Call on Motion: Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Liaopert, ProRasy, Speedling, West.
