Ordinance No. 73-k1 was introduced by Mr. Giesser and given its first reading. Resolution No. 73-42 was introduced by Kr. West and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the M.B.M. Subdivision No. 1. Ordinance No. 73-43 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance authorizing the purchase of real property for the expansion of the City Departments, and declaring an emergency. Ord. No. 73-43 adopted. Under Old Business: Mr. Speedling referred to drainage problem on east side of Dorothy Drive where it abuts Decker Rd. and eked if some kind of drainage ditch had been cut to alleviate tamporarfly a problem. Mayor said he believes it has been done on south side of northern mast ditch. Mr. Speedling also discussed the stock piling of dirt. Under Neu Business: Mr. Frokasy referred to meeting sponsored by Coam~uaity Council that discussed the 345,000 k.v. trasesmission line between Avon std Richfield proposed by C.E.I. Mr. Prokasy coetetaented on the concern expressed of the nearness of this facilitq to an F.A.A. radar station in Brecksville, and action ta3r~e by other City Councils. Mr. Prokasy requa~sted Legislation to ictdcate Conttcil's interest and in support of other c ties who are diacusaittg gets, to petiticnt the Governor to see that this is given a full Public wring ata~d that it be investigated thoro~hly to he scare before such itestaLiatan is alLAered there would be no danger to air paaseager traffic or amy+ kited of air traffic in that area.
