<br />Under Parks ~ Recreation Mr. Prokasy sported there has bean additional
<br />contact-with Koster & Associates concerning Proposal for possible m~icipal
<br />ids skatfng rink end swiam~ing pool. A meeting proposed for next xeek Frith
<br />Mr. Koster, Council, Pla~ming Commission and Recreation Coaai„saion to
<br />discuss generalities, site location, etc. Members of various boards will be
<br />advised as to date and time of meeting.
<br />People addressing Council:
<br />Mr. Delmar Ernest, 30106 Lorain Rd. addressed Council regarding Resolution
<br />No. 73-37.
<br />Mrs. Gladys Zipp, 29658 Lorain Rd., addressed Council in connection with
<br />retention basins, drainage ditches and swales.
<br />Mr. Chester Chrostawski, 4722 Porter Rd., addressed Council regarding ditch
<br />near his property. Engineening to check this out.
<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Ordinance No. 73-32 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its gird reading.
<br />An Ordinance making additional appropriations for current expenses and other
<br />expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio for the year ending December
<br />31, 1973. Mr. Lampert wed for adoption of Ordinance., secvaded by Mr. Boehmer.
<br />Affirmative vote: Boehmeer, Giesler, Lampert, Prokasq, 3aringer, Speedling, hest.
<br />Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-32 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 73-37 introduced by Mr. Prokasy was given its second reading.
<br />A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the North
<br />Olmsted Board of Education for the transfer of land.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-5 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance vacating portions of Zeha~an Street, accepting for dedication the
<br />relocation of same, and changing the name of Zehman Street to Nest 308 Street.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-35 was introduced by Mrs. Beringer and given alts first reading.
<br />An Ordinance repealing Section 1349.02 and Section 1349.03 of the North Olmsted
<br />Codified Ordinances entitled "Garbage Incinerators ".
<br />Ordinance No. 73-38 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy. An Ordinance levying special
<br />assessments for the co~~truction of sidewalks on Root Road, hest Park Drive
<br />and North Park Drive, and declaring an urgency. Mr. Prakasy moved fur sus-
<br />pension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. r.

<br />assessments for the cow traction of sidewalks on Columbia Road, l~le Ridge
<br />Road, East Park Drive and Terrace Drive, anal declaring an e~x~es~cy. Mr. Prflkasy
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, sued by Mr.
<br />Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehaaer, Gieaser, Lia~ert, Prokasy, Sariagsr, 3peeding,
<br />West. Mr. Prokapy moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Boebmer.
