Council Minutes of k-3-73 -2- <br />4) Finance Committee met with Supervisors of Service Dapt. on March 31st. <br />In lieu of the fact that the men in the Service Dept. have not as pet made <br />up their minds as to whether they are going to be represented by the AFL-CId <br />or Teamsters or themselves, Comnd.ttee felt that in fairness to the Supervisors <br />of the Department the Finance Cemmtii.ttee would proceed with t~etr negotiatio~ts. <br />Agree~rent was reached at first meeting. Increases as fol2aws: Superiateada~at <br />wage present range of $4.55 to $5.85 i~acrest~ to sage of $5.00 to $6.45. <br />Maintaaance Foreman -present range of $4.00 to $5.35 increased to sage of <br />$4.40 to $5.94. Service Foreman - preass-t range of $4.00 to $5,10 increased <br />to range of $4.40 to $5.60. Also included extra holiday - President's Day; <br />Agreement retroactive to 3amrary 1, 1973. <br />5) Finance Committee has scheduled a meeting with Treatment Plant, Building <br />and 8ngineering Departments far April 14, 1973. <br />Mr. West, Chairman Building, 2aaiag ~ Develapmeat Committee and Low Range <br />Planning Committee, regarted the Building, Zoning ~ Development Commrittee <br />met several times; reviewed and die cussed the following: <br />1) M.B.M. Subdivision on Bradley Rd. Cos~ittee approved subdivision and <br />legislation far same will be requested; <br />2) Putt Putt Golf Course to be located south of Brookpark Rd. on grassy area <br />near west side of May Co. entrance: <br />Mr. West moved that Council approve the layout of Putt Putt Golf Course, <br />seconded by Mr. Baehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Limpert, Prokasv, <br />Saringer, Speedling, Tnlest. Motion carried. <br />3) Murray Fox Retail Stores - too stores to be located in between Manners <br />and Kings Automotive Stares: <br />Mr. West moved that Council approve the parking and layout of Murray Fox <br />Retail Stores, seconded by Mr. Giessen. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, <br />Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />4) North Park Estates request for lighted signs and markers in public right <br />of way at the entrance: <br />Mr. West moved that Council approve the signs and markers for Mortt- Park 8states <br />entrance, seconded by Mr. Bvehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, <br />Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />5) Extension of Olmsted Professional Office Building at 23790 Lorain Rd. - <br />ane story extension on back end. <br />Mr. West moved that Council approve the layout and parking of Olmsted Profesaior~al <br />Building, seconded by Mr. Giessen. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Limtrert, <br />Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />6) Committee reviewed the progress on the Gold Circle Store and particular~.y with <br />regard to the buffer zone with Mr. Potts of Gold Circle. Cosari.ttee is Being to <br />have additional meetings with Mr. Potts, Engineer and Architect of Geld Circle <br />Store to be sure this pro3ect proceeds as it was planned and that tips Co~i.ttee <br />satisfies the residents backing up against this store to the extent possible. <br />„~~~n,, ,. .., . , ,~. w , <br />_. <br />
