Council Minutes of k-3-73 -2- 4) Finance Committee met with Supervisors of Service Dapt. on March 31st. In lieu of the fact that the men in the Service Dept. have not as pet made up their minds as to whether they are going to be represented by the AFL-CId or Teamsters or themselves, Comnd.ttee felt that in fairness to the Supervisors of the Department the Finance Cemmtii.ttee would proceed with t~etr negotiatio~ts. Agree~rent was reached at first meeting. Increases as fol2aws: Superiateada~at wage present range of $4.55 to $5.85 i~acrest~ to sage of $5.00 to $6.45. Maintaaance Foreman -present range of $4.00 to $5.35 increased to sage of $4.40 to $5.94. Service Foreman - preass-t range of $4.00 to $5,10 increased to range of $4.40 to $5.60. Also included extra holiday - President's Day; Agreement retroactive to 3amrary 1, 1973. 5) Finance Committee has scheduled a meeting with Treatment Plant, Building and 8ngineering Departments far April 14, 1973. Mr. West, Chairman Building, 2aaiag ~ Develapmeat Committee and Low Range Planning Committee, regarted the Building, Zoning ~ Development Commrittee met several times; reviewed and die cussed the following: 1) M.B.M. Subdivision on Bradley Rd. Cos~ittee approved subdivision and legislation far same will be requested; 2) Putt Putt Golf Course to be located south of Brookpark Rd. on grassy area near west side of May Co. entrance: Mr. West moved that Council approve the layout of Putt Putt Golf Course, seconded by Mr. Baehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Limpert, Prokasv, Saringer, Speedling, Tnlest. Motion carried. 3) Murray Fox Retail Stores - too stores to be located in between Manners and Kings Automotive Stares: Mr. West moved that Council approve the parking and layout of Murray Fox Retail Stores, seconded by Mr. Giessen. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. 4) North Park Estates request for lighted signs and markers in public right of way at the entrance: Mr. West moved that Council approve the signs and markers for Mortt- Park 8states entrance, seconded by Mr. Bvehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. 5) Extension of Olmsted Professional Office Building at 23790 Lorain Rd. - ane story extension on back end. Mr. West moved that Council approve the layout and parking of Olmsted Profesaior~al Building, seconded by Mr. Giessen. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giessen, Limtrert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. 6) Committee reviewed the progress on the Gold Circle Store and particular~.y with regard to the buffer zone with Mr. Potts of Gold Circle. Cosari.ttee is Being to have additional meetings with Mr. Potts, Engineer and Architect of Geld Circle Store to be sure this pro3ect proceeds as it was planned and that tips Co~i.ttee satisfies the residents backing up against this store to the extent possible. „~~~n,, ,. .., . , ,~. w , _.
