Council Minutes of 4-3-73 -5- Mr. Richard Case, 4823 Bailey Rd., addressed Council regarding Cub Scout League playing in North Olmsted Park. Mr. Gene Petrie, 24435 Marie Lane, addressed Council regarding Cub Scout League, Hot Stove League, stati7ag he has been involved in both and stated reasons why he feels the cub scout leagae could play in areas other than North Olmsted Park. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 73-27 introduced by Mx. Li~ert was given its third reading. An Ordinance to make additional appropriattcros for current e~cp and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year amding Decea~er 31, 1973. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. West. Affira~s:tive votes Soehm~er, Giesser, Lim~-ert, Frokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-27 adopted. Ordinance No. 73-32 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its seed reading. An Ordinance making additional appropriations for current exposes and other expenditures for the City of north Opted, Ohio for the year eking Deceadser 31, 1973. Resolution No. 73-36 was introduced by Mr. West. A Resolution accepting for record purposes only the Roger E. Clingman Re-Subdivision. Mr. West moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Baehs~er, Giesser, Limgert, Prokasq, Saringer, Speedling, West. Mr. West moved for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative voter Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasy, Saxinger, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Res. No. 73-36 adopted. Resolution No. 73-37 was introduced by Mr. Prokasy and given its first reading. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an ap~reement with the North Olmsted Board of Education for the transfer of land. Under Old Business: Mr. Lampert inquired as to status of drain on Lorain Rd. near Gold Circle area. Mr. Yrokasy stated installation for that drain is desipsaed and paving was put into that arms with a gravel place left for the installation of pipe. Developer is installing this and is awaiting delivery of catch basin, which he has ordered. Under New Business: Mr. Speedling referred to drainage from new homes on Dorothy Drive toward the old properties on Decker Rd. Constant co~laints of ho~oss on Decker Rd. getting water from this development are being received. Mr. Speedling was under tht ia~presaon they were to be installed at the same teee the storm sewers were is~stslled in the street. Zee de~relopsrent is going on, grading is being done, water is rum~-ing off into the hoses on Decker Rd.
