Mr. Speedling moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. Lis~pert. Affiraeative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Lampert, Prokasy, Saringer, Speedling, West. Notion carried. Ord. No. 73-2$ adapted. Resolution No. 73-29 was introduced by Mrs. Saringer. A Resolution requesting that the Ohio Congressmen urge restoration and msiatenaa~tce of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Budget for the Lewis Research Center.
