Delete the word "ordinances". <br />Motion was seconded by Mr. West. <br />Mr. Prokasy stated he had made comwsnts regarding original ordinance because <br />he felt it was not a goad piece of legislation, but at this point will abstain <br />from voting on amended resolution. Reason being l~r. Prokasy's wife is ea~-lo~red <br />bg Continental Corrugated Division and might be construed as conflict of <br />interest. <br />Mr. West commented he was glad the I3nviroamental Control Committee reeised <br />the ordinance, as orgt-al ordiance could not be voted on in good conscience <br />because of conflict in the ordinance. <br />Roll Call on Motion: Affirmative vote: Boeha~esr, Giesler, Li~ert, Saringer, <br />Speedling, West. Motion carried. <br />Ordinance No. 73-8 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its third readg. <br />An Ordinance cancelling the sanitary sewer assessment on Pe t parcel <br />No. 232-34-420 awned by Mr. & Mrs. Lingelbach, authorizing a refwad to Mr. <br />& Mrs. Li.ngelbach, in the amount of $142.44 which $102.44 was paid is error <br />by Mr. S Mrs. Lingelbach, levying a sanitary sewer assessarent an pe t <br />parcel No. 232-34-104 for the tax years 1972 to 1991 in the aaat of $102.44 <br />per year. Mr. Llagsert awed for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr. <br />Boeha~r. Affirmative vote: Boehner, Giesler, Lia~ert, Prokasy, Saringer, <br />Speedling, West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-8 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 73-7 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its secaad reading <br />as aa~nded. A Resolution urging the Council of the City of C1evel.a~! to pass <br />legislation that will bring about some control on the use of non retusnables <br />or disgosabie beverage containers for the City of Cleveland. <br />Resolution No. 73-14 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for 3300 <br />tons of salt, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Resolution No. 73-15 introduced by Mr. Liarpert was given its second ra~dsg. <br />A Resolution authorising the Service Director to advertise for bids for 2000 <br />tons of cinders, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Resolution No. 73-15 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for new <br />tires and tubes for use by the City, and authorizing the Mayor to contract <br />for same. <br />
