Council Minutes of 2-20-73 -~- Jam` °i~ra~ Resolution No. 73-22 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for rescard purposes cx~ly_the Hlos~ ~ subdivision No. 2. Resolution No. 73-23 was introduced by Hr. West and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for record puxpases only the Roger E. Cliagmsn Re- Subdivisian. Resolution No. 73-24 was introduced by Mr. West. A ~esoiution to accept the easems~nt for the installation and 'ainteaaace of a water ma4.n in the proposed Great Northern Eatate~s in the City of North O]~sted. Mr. West wooed for sus- pension of rule rewiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. 6esser. Affire~ative vote: Boet~ser, Giesler, Li~ert, Prokasy, Saringer. Speed~.a$, West. Mr. West awed for adoption of Resolution, seconded by Mr. Giesler. Affirmative vote: Boeh~aer, Giessen, Liwpert, Prokasy, Beringer, Bpeedling, West. Motion carried. Res. No. 73-24 opted. Ordinance No« 73-25 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. An Ordinance ameetding Section 6 entitled "Imprtrvel~ents Required" of Ordinance No. bb-9S City of North OLmzted" Platting Ordinance" by inserting therein maw Paragraph D and re-Lettering the present paragraph E and all other paragraphs following in Section 6 one letter wore. Ordinance No. 73-26 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorising the Safety Director to secure bids for the demolition of a barn on City owned property. Mr. West moved far suspension of rule rewiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Boeheaer. Affirmative vote: Boetrm~er, Giesler, Lampert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Mr. West moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by Mr, Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesler, Lampert, Prokasy, Sarfnger, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-26 adopted. Under Old Business: Mr. Lampert moved the Traffic Control Map be amended to include an e~rgeacy flasher light at No. 2 Fire Station. Nation seconded by Mr. Pro~asy. Affirma- tive vote: Boehmer, Giesler, Lispert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Mr. Lampert referred to additional street lights requested by Mr. Boe~se,r. Financing is available and requested locations be reiterated. Bafety Director is in receipt of this infareiation. Mrs. Beringer stated she has received requests for street lights -one on Noreen Drove. Location to be given to Mr. Boehteer. Mr. Speedling requested legislation authorising Mayor to enter into a contract with the City of Fairview Park for transportation with new schel~r sad fares to be included ae part of the contract. Copy of North Olmsted Sensor Citi~men Ordinance to be attached. Under New Business: tire.
