No. 73-24 opted. <br />Ordinance No« 73-25 was introduced by Mr. Boehmer and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance ameetding Section 6 entitled "Imprtrvel~ents Required" of Ordinance <br />No. bb-9S City of North OLmzted" Platting Ordinance" by inserting therein maw <br />Paragraph D and re-Lettering the present paragraph E and all other paragraphs <br />following in Section 6 one letter wore. <br />Ordinance No. 73-26 was introduced by Mr. West. An Ordinance authorising the <br />Safety Director to secure bids for the demolition of a barn on City owned <br />property. Mr. West moved far suspension of rule rewiring three separate <br />readings, seconded by Mr. Boeheaer. Affirmative vote: Boetrm~er, Giesler, <br />Lampert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. Mr. West moved for adoption of <br />Ordinance, seconded by Mr, Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesler, <br />Lampert, Prokasy, Sarfnger, Speedling, West. Motion carried. Ord. No. 73-26 <br />adopted. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. Lampert moved the Traffic Control Map be amended to include an e~rgeacy <br />flasher light at No. 2 Fire Station. Nation seconded by Mr. Pro~asy. Affirma- <br />tive vote: Boehmer, Giesler, Lispert, Prokasy, Beringer, Speedling, West. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Lampert referred to additional street lights requested by Mr. Boe~se,r. <br />Financing is available and requested locations be reiterated. Bafety Director <br />is in receipt of this infareiation. <br />Mrs. Beringer stated she has received requests for street lights -one on <br />Noreen Drove. Location to be given to Mr. Boehteer. <br />Mr. Speedling requested legislation authorising Mayor to enter into a contract <br />with the City of Fairview Park for transportation with new schel~r sad fares <br />to be included ae part of the contract.
