<br />Council Minutes oft-2(}-73 <br />_~_ <br />Mrs. Beringer requested legislation to Ohio Cangr~smen urging the <br />restoration and maintenance of IQASA budget for the Lewis Research Center. <br />Mr. West requested following legislation: l) dedication of S.D.C. Sub~ivasion, <br />2) legislation rezoning certain parts of North Park Estates from B Residential <br />to A Residential; 3) legislation designatistg the change in entremce oa Sar~y <br />Ridge X11 for record purposes; 4) legislation showing change in Zeh~n Sub- <br />division roadway by moving it one lot, for record purp~es only. <br />Mr. Speedling asked on accepting the S.D.C. Subdivision for dedication what <br />effect wrath this have on control over drainage and other proble's that have <br />been and Keay continue. Mr. Rarhan stated this coss3s under the perscmR doing <br />the building. As far as completion of subdivision with sid~alks, trees, <br />bond is posted. Mr. Nest cwsaentsd one of the main advas-tages in dedication <br />is the City can control the amount of mind on streets and where nruel is ending <br />up. Without it being dedicated the mud from trucks and building is eztding <br />up in the storm and sanitary sewers and City has no control over it. By <br />dedication rules can be enforced to get mud, etc. cleaned off the streets <br />other than just letting it wash down into the sewers. <br />Mr. Lampert asked Finance Director Gerlach if information is completed regarding <br />the chaagtn$ of apartments into condominiums and effect es far as real e,~e-tate <br />values. Mr. Gerlach stated pert of the work is finished and wail heave all <br />information by next Council Meeting. <br />Mr. Boeh~r made a motion meeting be adjourned, seconded by Mr. West.
