<br />that the City has had C.E.i. install two flood lights at the Skating rink
<br />in the park so skaters will have ample light.

<br />Mr. Giesser moved Council approve the reappointment of Mr. Donald Berglund
<br />to Board of Zonixxg Appeals far term ending 12/31/77. Motion seconded by Mr.
<br />West. Affirmative vote: Bcye}~er, Giesser, Limpert, Prokasy, Saringer,
<br />Speedling, West. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Giesser moved Council approve the appoint+~ent of Mr. Vincent DePaola
<br />to Board of Zoning Appeal~r for term endin 12/31/74. Motion seconded by
<br />Mr. Prokasy. Affirmative vote: Boeahmer, Messer, Li~epert, Prokasy, Saringer,
<br />Speedling, West. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Giesser moved Council approve the appointment of Mr. Sack P'olta to
<br />"^srci of Building. Code Appeals for terns ending i213I/77. Motion seconded
<br />by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Boehmer, Giesser, Limpert, Prakasy, Saringer,
<br />Speedling, West. Motion carried.
<br />Mr. Giesser scheduled a Legislation Coimnitte~ meeting on January 29, 1973,
<br />at 8: G5 P.M., City Hall.
<br />Mr. Lampert, Chairman Finance Committee, reported the Iiayar has kept the
<br />Finance Committee as well as all Members of Council up to date on plaomc, etc.
<br />of the Police Station and Coa~ittee is in accord with ordinance on agenda
<br />pertaining to this.
<br />Mt. Speedling, Chairman Transpogtatiain Coa~aittee, reported the following;
<br />Citizens Group of 12 members appointed to work with the 5 Cau=tty Transit
<br />Study u~et on January 10, ].973, with Mr. David Goss from 5 Comity Transit
<br />Study and listened to him outline objectives of the study. Basically he
<br />hopes to corns up by July with a 5 year plan on cooperation and cextrdiruustion
<br />bietwee~n the 18 existing transportation systems in the 5 countq area. ~ is
<br />not talking about merging transportation systems; rather studying -the xe3utes
<br />so there is no duglicatian, best use of existing e+quipr~at, etc. Raven set
<br />aside the second Wee~riesday of each month as regular meeting nuts. Next
<br />meeting will be on f'ebruary 14, 1973, 8:04 P.M., City Hall.
<br />Mr. Speedling scheduled a Transportation Coe~anittee meeting on January 25,
<br />147, 7:34 P.M., City Hall.
