<br />Mr. West moved that Council approve the parking layout of the Fire Rouse
<br />West Center. Motion seconded by Mr. Boehmer. Affirmative vote: Boehur,

<br />Mr. West scheduled a Building, Zoning b Development Comaittee meeting on
<br />January 29, 1973, 8s 15 P.M., City Hall.

<br />LEGISLATION:
<br />Resolution No. 73-2 introduced by Mr. Limpert was given its second reading.
<br />A Resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga Coutnty to pay to the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio dosing the year 1973, all tax money due and owing said
<br />City from any collection source.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-3 introduced by Mr. Giessen was given its second reading.
<br />Att Ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances u
<br />parts of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-4 was intxoduced by Mr. Lampert. An Ordinance authorizing
<br />the Mayor to enter into a ctmtr~-ct or contracts with the lowest and best
<br />bidder or bidders after advertising for bids for the construction of the
<br />new Police Station, sect declaring an urgency. Mr. Limpext moved for
<br />suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by ?Er.

<br />Speedling, West. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption of Ordinance, seconded by

<br />Ordinance No. 73-5 - An ordinance vacating portions of Zehman Street,
<br />accepting for dedication the relocation of same, and chanAins the naawe of
<br />Zehman Street to West 308 Street was referred by President O'Neill into the
<br />Streets & Drainage Committee.
<br />Ordinance No. 73-6 was introduced by Mr. Speedling. An Ordinance 8~ropriating
<br />$700.00 for the Bus Drivers Safety Award Dinner to be held in F~rraaar+p, 19T3.
