Council Minutes of 11-6-74 -7- <br />explained the Chief has studied this and it is a manpower problem and to split <br />these two vehicles -one at each station -means he does not have enough manpower <br />to man the two of them; only have ane that is equipped for pars-medics and that <br />is at the No, 1 Station and has a]arags been there.
