Council Minutes of 10-15-74 _7_ <br />Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Thomas Nisius R;e-subdivision <br />in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, secoucled by Mr. <br />Coggin. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Coggin, Lampert, Saringsr, Sharpe, West, <br />W3lamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 74-137 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 74-138 introduced by Mr. art vas given its d~ird reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the 8irector 4f Pablic Service to ad~+srtise for bide <br />for liability insurance covering Officials, hers of Camcil, B~loyses and <br />Members of the Boards and Caaaeirsc~s of the City of North Olmsted. Mr. i,isg+ert <br />moved for adc~tion, seconded by M7c. ~hst. Affixoativs vote: 6iesse;~, Coggin, <br />Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Rea. Nc. 74-338 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 74-128 introduced by Mr. Wlanwsky xss given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance aaaasding Section 1173.42 entitled "Peraltted Builadie and tTses" <br />of Chapter 1173 entitled "General Retail nusinass District" of the Zoaiag <br />Ordinances of the City of Borth 01aNeted, as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamoskji scheduled a Public Searing on Ord. No. 74-128 on er 18, 1974, <br />.8:00 P.M., City Ball. <br />Mr. West asked Law Director Gareau who has to be included regarding notification <br />as this covers wide area of the Citq. Lea Director Careen stated pt~t-lication of <br />the notice in the newspaper - do not have to notify specific individuals. <br />Ordinance No. 74-139 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance accepting for dedication West 308th Street, forth hurt and South <br />Court, in Zehsran-Wolfe-Shex'an S~division No. 1. <br />Ordinance No. 74-140 iatrodtrcad by Mr. Giesser was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance repealing Ordinance Nos. 73-1.12 and 73-114 adopted September 4, 1973, <br />and Ordinance No. 73-143 eciapted December 18, 1973. <br />Ordinance No. 74-141 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its second reading. An <br />Ordinance accepting a deed Eros V.L. Mitd~ell for land which the said V.S. Mitchell <br />is donating as a gift to the Citq of North Olmsted for park purposes. <br />Ordinance No. 74-142 intradu~ceel by Mr. LitNpert ~d gives its first readit:g. An <br />Ordinance amending Section 911.03 entitled "Charges Generally" of Chapter 9i1 entitled <br />"Sanitary Sewerage System Charges" of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Resolution No. 74-143 was introduced by Mr. Giesser and give~a its first reading. <br />A Resolution accepting far recording purposes only the Sauter ker-Subdivision in <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 74-144 was introduced by Mr. Giesser. An Ordinance ratifying and <br />canfirmiag the purchase of real property in the Wast 260th flock of Lorain mad <br />in the City of North Olmsted for recreational purposes, a~ declaring as emercy. <br />Mr. Giesser moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate reings, secons~ed <br />by Mr. West. Mr. Giesser explained reason legislation is cnt emergency is that it <br />is a reaffirmation of the purchasing of the land. OriB~ legislation gave a <br />total estimate of mat the Lid would cost and is a figure actually in exc~rs of <br />what the lead did cost. This legislation is informing everyone ~cactly what the <br />cost to the City was and setting it out in detail. Due to the fact that the ?std <br />is in escrow and is caning out legislation is on emergency and should be passed <br />on emexgency. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West.
