Resolution No. 74-145 was introduced by Mr. Lispert. and given its first reading. Mr. Giessen referred to solid innate L-anbage Pick-up. Nm~ber of requests have been made to him that certain bttsru~ses, apartments, condoafiniums trays their garbage picked up. Stated what happened last year and problem still exists. Feels City awns the services to everyone. Tfiinks if wa discriminate in respect to charging tws as is done in other cities in the area it is a fore of discrimination. Discussion continued. Urged Mrs. Saringer and ben Committee to tackle entire pr~lem and not just one facet of it. Mrs. Beringer stag this is what Committee is trying to do - core up with a good workable plan. Rave just received comewnica-tion and Committee is trying to come up with a ~rkable plan. Mr. West moved for adjour,meent, seconded by z~r. Giessen.
