Council Minutes of 10-15-74 -8- <br />vote: Giessen, Goggin, Limpert, Sarin$sr, Sharpe, West, Wilamosi~r. .Motion carried. <br />Ord. No. 74-144 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 74-145 was introduced by Mr. Lispert. and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the purchase by rite City of '~tb. 03srrted of too graves <br />in Lot No. 554 in Butternut Ridge Cemetery from Lois R. Turocy and Eleenore R• <br />Robinson. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. Wilamoaky discussed ne tion he made to the Transportation Ca~-ittee <br />on Sept. 23rd. Dins to a problem at Butternut 6 Auras Rd. of constant congregation <br />of young people creating a distuxt-ce; a condition of litter by leaving lunch <br />wrappings, etc. on lafen of resid~tt at that location -suggested the bus stop be <br />relocated at 27575 Butternut B3d~t which is in front of tits School /l~d.ttstration <br />Bldg. The bus stop inns reaaved ~d Hr. Wilaarosky dues not support the removal <br />but urges reeanaideration to i:aw the bus stop relocated to rite east side of <br />BurAS Rd. Mr. Writ, Iiic. Li~ert attd Mr. Wilaarvstcy discussed t~ttat trod transpired <br />at the meeting; reasons fear rera~ral of the bus stop; letter from Mr. Wilamoskq to <br />Mr. West dated Sagt. 24th. Af te~c w~h diacwsion Mr. West agreed to tape this <br />back into Coermittea. Pretidant O'Neill referred subject matter to Mr. hest, <br />Chairtean of Transportation Caami.ttee. <br />Mr. Giessen referred to solid innate L-anbage Pick-up. Nm~ber of requests have <br />been made to him that certain bttsru~ses, apartments, condoafiniums trays their <br />garbage picked up. Stated what happened last year and problem still exists. <br />Feels City awns the services to everyone. Tfiinks if wa discriminate in respect <br />to charging tws as is done in other cities in the area it is a fore of <br />discrimination. Discussion continued. Urged Mrs. Saringer and ben Committee <br />to tackle entire pr~lem and not just one facet of it. Mrs. Beringer stag this <br />is what Committee is trying to do - core up with a good workable plan. Rave just <br />received comewnica-tion and Committee is trying to come up with a ~rkable plan. <br />Mr. West moved for adjour,meent, seconded by z~r. Giessen. Affirmative vote: <br />Giessen, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
