Council Minutes of 9-3-74 -7- LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 74-97 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its third reading. An Ordinance providing for the mrsandment of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted which Zone Map is Bart of the Zoning Code of the City of Forth Olmsted, by changing the promises hereinafter deserted from Siaghe Fassily Rasidsnce District "B" to General Retail Busies District. Resolution No. 74-119 introduced by Mr, Guesser was given its third reading. A Resolution authorising the Mayor to adwRtise for bids for the c~stxuction of the Recreation Complex to be c~stxucted .in the West 260th Brit of Lorain Read in the City of North Olmsted. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, aercouded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affiraaative vote: Giesser, Goggn, Limpert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 74-119 adopted. Ordinance No. 74-84 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its second reading as amended. An Ordinance providing for the ass~doettt of the Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted, which Zone Msp is part of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the pr~eisas hereinafter described from "A" Residence District to Multiple Residence District, as amended. Mr. Giesser set a Public Hearing date on Ord. No. 74-84 on October 3, 1974, 8:00 P.M., City Hall. Ordnance No. 74-113 introduced by Mr. Goggin was given its second reading. Aa Ordinance accepting for dedication portions. of Wisteria Drive, Raw Drive, Andorra Drive and Gardenia Drive in North Park Estates Subdivision No. 2. Ordinance No. 74-111 was introduced by Kr. Wilamoaky and given its first reading. An Ordinance amending the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted by creating a nesw ti~apter 1703 entitled "Burly Warning Mrs Detection Systems" of the Fire Prevention Code, as Resolution No. 74-120 wee introduced by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. A Resolution assuring the F+scleral 7.nsuramce Addnistrator and other Governmental Authoxities of the intent of the City of Borth Olmsted, Ohio, to take necessary steps to comply with the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as amended. Ordinance No. 74-L21 was intr~uaad by Mrs. Saringer and given its first reading. An Ordinance requiring special review of proposed structures and subdivision in the area designated as flood prone. An Ordinance to approve, adopt and enact Part Five -General Offenses Code - of the Codified Ordin~ces; to repeal Ordinances in comflict therewith, to publish the enactment of matter, and declaring an emergency.
