Committee rec <br />approval of Parking Plan B which is in accordance to traffic surae7r condwctad by <br />Jackman Associates. <br />Mr. Giesser moved that Council approve the parkirag of Ylan B for M,arjak Development <br />Company, seconded by t~ir. Owner or principal of development was <br />not at meeting and it was decided to wait until he was available to disease the <br />plans; <br />3) discussed in cottjunctionwith the Parks 6 Recreation Comsrlttee the Cosa~ity <br />Cabin and the use of this facility by nos-pprofit organizati+~s. There is legislation <br />on agenda which allows the use of the Commuraity Cabin for gain ar business erater- <br />prises by non-profit organizations; <br />4) discussed Section 23 Parading for apartments for the elderly. Legislation is on <br />agenda authorizing use of Section 23 Funds within the City far elderly housing <br />which will be placed on first reading; <br />5) Recreation Gosaplex reports a meeting was scheduled on May 4th with architect <br />and he was not ready with full finaracial picture of what development is going to <br />cost the City. Meeting has been continued until May 11, 1974, 9:30 a.m., City Hall. <br />Hopefully by then will have a picture of what the Complex is going to cost. <br />Mr. Limpert, Chairman Finance Committee, reported this Committee sweet and discussed <br />€ollowing:• 1) have agreement with Service Department Supervisors; <br />2) gas mileage fox use of personal automobi3.es by Officials of City on Official <br />Business. Now receiving i0G per smile and Coamittee suggests increase to 22t per <br />sails; <br />3) reviewed agreements of Walter Drone Company ~-d Justinian Publishing Comparay <br />regarding Codified Ordinances. Upon Legislatiox- Committee request arad Finance <br />Committee decision, it is recosamrended that Walter Drone Company do the wos:3c as <br />their contract is much lower iu price for codification and provides double asaount <br />of copies. <br />Mr. Wilamosky, Chairman Intro Governsaeratal Relations b Legislations Coadttee, <br />reported following: 1) This Committesz does recommend that Walter Dras;-a Cos~a~r <br />be awarded contract regarding Codified Ordinances, supplTing the Cite with 240 <br />sets of printed pages in same form as present Codified Ordinances; <br />2) Committee reviewed letter and agreesa~mt by Cowaty Engineer's Office requesting <br />
