Mr. Giesser, Chairman Building, Zoning & Developmectt Committee and xecr+tatiora, Public Parks ~ Building Committee, reported B. Z. b D. Committee met and discussed following: 1) Olmsted Shopping Center which is adjacent to Great Northern Blvd. Shopping Plaza. This is Marjak Develapweat Cosaparay. Committee rec approval of Parking Plan B which is in accordance to traffic surae7r condwctad by Jackman Associates. Mr. Giesser moved that Council approve the parkirag of Ylan B for M,arjak Development Company, seconded by t~ir. Goggin. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Limt+ert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. lotion carried. 2) re expansion of Ohliger Drug Parking. Owner or principal of development was not at meeting and it was decided to wait until he was available to disease the plans; 3) discussed in cottjunctionwith the Parks 6 Recreation Comsrlttee the Cosa~ity Cabin and the use of this facility by nos-pprofit organizati+~s. There is legislation on agenda which allows the use of the Commuraity Cabin for gain ar business erater- prises by non-profit organizations; 4) discussed Section 23 Parading for apartments for the elderly. Legislation is on agenda authorizing use of Section 23 Funds within the City far elderly housing which will be placed on first reading; 5) Recreation Gosaplex reports a meeting was scheduled on May 4th with architect and he was not ready with full finaracial picture of what development is going to cost the City. Meeting has been continued until May 11, 1974, 9:30 a.m., City Hall. Hopefully by then will have a picture of what the Complex is going to cost. Mr. Limpert, Chairman Finance Committee, reported this Committee sweet and discussed €ollowing:• 1) have agreement with Service Department Supervisors; 2) gas mileage fox use of personal automobi3.es by Officials of City on Official Business. Now receiving i0G per smile and Coamittee suggests increase to 22t per sails; 3) reviewed agreements of Walter Drone Company ~-d Justinian Publishing Comparay regarding Codified Ordinances. Upon Legislatiox- Committee request arad Finance Committee decision, it is recosamrended that Walter Drone Company do the wos:3c as their contract is much lower iu price for codification and provides double asaount of copies. Mr. Wilamosky, Chairman Intro Governsaeratal Relations b Legislations Coadttee, reported following: 1) This Committesz does recommend that Walter Dras;-a Cos~a~r be awarded contract regarding Codified Ordinances, supplTing the Cite with 240 sets of printed pages in same form as present Codified Ordinances; 2) Committee reviewed letter and agreesa~mt by Cowaty Engineer's Office requesting
