Is looking <br />foxward to the next one. <br />Mr. Wilamosky referred to complaint of low water pressure cam. Barton Road by <br />Mr. Finkham, 6595 Barton Rd. At .the time of complaint it was indicated that <br />pressure test would be taken. Mr. Wila~aosky asked if this has been done. <br />Mayor Christman explained the tests are taken by the Fire Department. It is <br />his understanding that tests have been taken periodically since the time of <br />complaint and so far there have been no bad situations. Discussion continued. <br />Mr. Lampert stated he has checked on this and the Fire Department is msk~ng up <br />a report - Fire Department has checked periodically and there is a 70~ water <br />pressure at all times. Fire Department is of the opinion that there must be <br />something wrong between the main waterline and Mr. Pinkham's outlets. A report <br />caill be sent to Mr. Lampert, Mr. Wilamosky and Mr. Pinkham. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mrs. Saringer referred to t~tc items brought up at Town Hall Meeting: 1) police <br />cars that are not clearly marked - feeling that traffic control cars should be <br />clearly marked; 2) better street lighting on Lorain Rd. <br />2) have received some calls regarding speeding on Brendan Lane. Requested same <br />to be checked into - area is Brendan Lane right by school driveway - make this <br />a school none - 20 mph with flashing lights. <br />President O'Neill referred items to Safety Commmittee. <br />Mr. Wilamosky discussed with Mayor Christman the appointment of a City Engineer. <br />Mayor Christman will make the appointment as of Map lat. Discussion continued. <br />Person is a graduate engineer - this would be a provisional appointment as an <br />Acting City Engineer until he takes examination to be licensed with State of Ohio. <br />Examination to be taken in April. <br />Mr. Lampert requested legislation to cover architectuxal fees for Recreation <br />Complex. <br />Mrs. Saringer asked status of legislation on Dept. of Human Resources. Mr. Lampert <br />stated his Committee and Advisory Commission are reviewing same for recommendations <br />in certain areas. <br />Mr. Wilamosky inquired as to program of leaf pick-up and storage of leaves at <br />Bradley Rd. - whether this psogxam will continue. Have received calls an8 there <br />does not appear to be too much deterioration of the leaves. Service Director <br />Caster stated the rate of decomposition is not what had been expected and detailed <br />some contributing factors. Program will continue in Fall. <br />Mr. Wilamosky referred to parcel awned by City in that area and stated he saw <br />a tractor, a trailer on drums and a fuel tank on the premises and requested <br />Service Director Caster to remove same if possible. <br />Mr. Giessen discussed speeding up process of decomposition of leaves with Service <br />Director Caster. <br />
