<br />Resolution No. 74-43 was introduced by Mr. Giesser and given its first reading.
<br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only Southern Avenue Re-Subdivision
<br />Number I in the City of North Olmsted.
<br />Mr. Lampert moved that the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate
<br />in connection with Ordinance No. 74-44, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote:
<br />Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wialmosky. Motion carried.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-44 was introduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $186,000 renewal notes in anticipation
<br />of the issuance of bonds far the puxpflse of paying the cost of acquiring real
<br />estate and interests therein as a site for. the City's Hospital.
<br />Mr. Lampert moved that the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate
<br />in connection with Ordinance No. 74-45, seconded by Mr. Giesser. Affirmative
<br />vote: Giesser, Goggins Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-45 was introduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first reading.
<br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $34,300 renewal notes in anticipation
<br />of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring certain real estate and
<br />tlxe building thereon on Dover Center Road as a site for the expansion of the City
<br />Building Complex, and declaring an emergency.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-46 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe. An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of the dwellings
<br />on permanent parcel No. 235-24-8, Canterbury Road, North Opted, Ohio. Mrs.
<br />Sharpe moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. t,Tilamosky. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe,
<br />West, Wilam~sky. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky.
<br />Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamasky.
<br />Motion carried. Ord. Na. 74-45 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-47 was introduced by Mrs. Sharpe. An Ordinance authorizing the
<br />Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of the dwellings
<br />on permanent parcel No. 234-22-35, Stearns Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. Mrs.
<br />Sharpe moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded
<br />by Mr. Walamosky. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe,
<br />West, Wilar~oky. Mrs. Sharpe moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wilamosky.

<br />An Ordinance'autending the Codified Ozdinances of the City of North Olmsted by
<br />creating a new Chapter 735 entitled "Maintenance of Unoccupied Coa~ercial Buildings".
<br />Fresident O'Neill referred Ord. No. 74-48 into Legislation Committee.
<br />Under Old Business:
<br />Mr. Giesser referred to half demolished building on South Canterbury Road and
<br />asked that this be checked into.
