Report to ga to Streets & Drainage Committee. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 74-28 introduced by Mr. Giesser was given its third reading. <br />A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only Simmons Subdivision in the <br />City of North Olmsted. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Gaggin. <br />Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Walamosky. <br />Motion carried. Res. No. 74-28 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 74-32 introduced by Mr. Wilamsoky was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance amending Section 1357.11 entitled "Emergency Power and Lighting" <br />of Chapter 1357 entitled "Electrical Code" of the Codified Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted by adding a new sub-section "E" requiring urgency power <br />and lighting in office buildings. <br />Resolution No. 74-35 introduced by Ms. Giesser was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids <br />for the improvement of City owned land located on the southwest corner of Barton <br />and Bradley Roads and autho;~izing the Mayor to contract fox saw, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mr. Giesser moved for suspension of rule requiring three <br />separate readings, seconded by Mr. Lampert. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, <br />Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, <br />seconded by I~Ir. Lampert. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Coggin, Lampert, Saringer, <br />Sharpe, West, Walamosky. Motion carried. Res. No. 74-35 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 74-39 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing compensation to be paid to the Bus Drivers of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and repealing Ordinance N0. 73-76, enacted <br />July 17, 1973, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 74-40 was introduced by Mr. West and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing compensation to be paid to the Maintenance Employees <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and repealing Ord.
