<br />Ordinance No. 74-11 introduced by Mr. Giesaer was given its third reading.
<br />An Ordinance accepting an easesreet far the installation and saintenatece of a
<br />water main for the purpose of supplying water ~ervi.ce by the City of Cleveland
<br />to private property whirls abuts Brookpark Rowed and is situated generally between
<br />Grace Avenue and Georgett Avenue, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Giessen moved
<br />for adoption, seconded by Mr. Goggin. Affirmative vote: Giessen, Goggin, Lampert,
<br />Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Sharpe. 6 Yeas - 1 Nay - motion
<br />carried. Ord. No. 74-11 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 74-16 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its secossd reading.
<br />An Ordinance amending Section 139.18 entitled "Copies of Reports: Charges" of
<br />Chapter 139 entitled "Department of Public Safety" of the Administrative Code
<br />of the City of North Olmsted.

<br />An Ordinance authorising the Mayor to enter into a contract with Koster and
<br />Associates, Architects, for the preparation of detailed plans, specifications
<br />and coat estimates for the construction of a Recreation Center in the City of
<br />North Olmsted.
<br />Resolution No. 74-23 was introduced by Mr. Lampert. A Resolution awarding two
<br />issues of bands to the highest bidder, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lirspert
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr.
<br />West. Affirmative vote: Giesaer, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, Weet,
<br />Wilamosky. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. hest. Affirmative
<br />vote: Giessen, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky, Motion carried.
<br />Res. No. 74-23 adopted.
<br />Resolution No. 74-25 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. A Resolution requesting
<br />the Highway Department of the State of Ohio to resurface State Route #10 from
<br />the eastern municipal boundary to the western municipal boundary, with the usual
<br />City participation, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wiiamosky moved far s~,uapension
<br />of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe, Affirmative
<br />vote: Giessen, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, WilaEOSky. Negative vote:
<br />West. There was discussion about this legislation not going through prr
<br />Committee. Mr. Wilataoaky moved for adoption, seconded by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmative
<br />vote: Giessen, Goggin, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamsoky. Motion carried.
