Howard Childs, Clerk of <br />Council Nora Hill. <br />Meeting was called to order by President O'Neill at 8:00 P.M. <br />Minutes of Council Meeting of December 2, 1975, were approved as read; <br />Minutes of Special Council Meeting of December 9, 1975, were approved as read. <br />Mayor Christman reported: 1) realize this Council is not the one to approve <br />appointments for 1976 but inassiuch as six of the Councilman will sit in Council <br />Sessions in 1976, would like to recoa~wend for reappointment to the Packs 6 <br />Recreation Cosmission lac, Eug~e Barkhurst and Mr. Philip Beauchamp for tet~ss <br />expiring 12/31/80. If Council can consider these people at its first regular <br />meeting on January 6, 1976 and approve sane, they .will be ready to attend the <br />first regular meeting of the Recreation CosaRission vn January 7, 197b; <br />2) re toboggan slide -have been unable to get it backfilled because of the <br />muddy conditions and it does not appear it will be open in time for the vacation <br />holidays. <br />City Engineer Childs reported: 1) recaiv~l E.P.A. approval for the sanitary <br />sewers for City Lim Subdivision. Sisilar sounding annouunces~ent at last treetii~ <br />pertained to the water am~ins. Approximately one-half of the sewers are now <br />installed; <br />2) received E.P.A. approval for design and plans for maw sanitary ss~cs Erich <br />are to be installed in Foater's Trailer Court on Cook Rd. in ttua To+~~p. The <br />rear of the trailer park abuts the new City Line Subdivision in N~ortb Olmsted <br />and the glen is'for that trailer park to co~-ect into the new sewer s~#:a se Vista <br />Lane so the trailer part: sewage can then flow to ..the North Ol~tstt Ts~t-t Slant . <br />This has been the play since the plant was designed. The trailer pas#c is is tis~ <br />area that was intended to be served by vur Traatswent Plant. The plain is to beve <br />the new sewers installed in the Trailer Park by June of 197b. Once tb~-se se~rers <br />are installed and have been inspected and approved by us then they would be <br />allowed to tie into our iaaia; <br />3) are collecting flood damage survey forms from various people who reported <br />flooding. To date have collected a total of S7 auci haws fora~rded those to <br />the Corps of Engineers. Average amount of (load damage reported for flee various <br />homes that have completed the survey was in dollar value of araund $8f~4. <br />Mr. Wilamosky discussed Frith City Engineer Childs the area that is included <br />within the scope of the Sa`p-ge Treatment Plant in connection with the Trailer <br />Park,'Township, etc. Discussion continued. Mr. Childs stinted at this particular <br />time it is just the trailer park and there are 71 units which is the full <br />capacity of the trailer park that will be tieing in June but the rest Ni.ll come <br />in later. <br />
