Cossaittee felt increase is justified; <br />3) approved request of Service l~rector to advertise for bide for a new automobile <br />for Administration; also approved request from Safety Director to a+~-act~e for <br />bids for a new automobile far the Fire Department; and approved request of Service <br />Director to advertise for bids fox cinders and salt. <br />Mr. Wilamasky, Chairman Infra Goveerntal Relations & Legislation Committee, <br />repotted Committee has discussed resolution sent to our City from the City of <br />Garfield Heights and that resolution is directed at the Governor regting <br />that he take steps to relieve the inconvasnience at the local driver li <br />bureauu offices by extending the hours that the Bureau would be open. Comm~f.ttee <br />concurs a resolution should be drafted and farwaxded to Governor Rhodes. Legis- <br />lation will be drafted and presented to Council, <br />Mr. West, Chairman Transportation Cogs~ittee, reported Committee amt at Asst 23rd <br />and on August 2Sth. Meeting an August 23rd was with repressastatives of the bus <br />line employees and discussed the C~oope~r'tive Apt t with A.T.A. and hoM it <br />affects the employees and what provisimas are in there for raises and befits <br /> <br />
