Magor stated he hats given order for the goat posts to <br />be taken down in the mox~ing as~i until theme is a suitable ].aTout in the area will <br />not have the soccer poles up. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance :Jo. 74-140 introduced by Mr. Giesser had been postponed to date certain <br />of April 1, 1975. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance Nos. 73-112 and 73-1.1.4 adopted <br />Septembez 4, 1973, and Ordirutaace No. 73-143 adopted December 18, 1973. Mr. Giesser <br />moved that Ord, No. 74-140 be postpcraed to date certain of May 6, 1975. Motion <br />seconded by Mr. Lampert. Mr. Giesser explained reatson for postponatmeat. Aff~.ratative <br />vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringex, Sharpe, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />Ord. No. 74-140 postponed to date certain of May 6, 1975. <br />Resolution No. 75-b0 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. A <br />Resolution suthorizin$ the Service Director to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of new buses and other equ3psent for the North Olmsted Municipal Hws Line, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Wlamcisky. <br />Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Lampert, Saringex, Sharpe, Wi3.amoaky. Motion <br />carried. Res. No. 75-60 Adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 75-b1 introduced by Mr. West was given its third reading. An <br />Ordinance establishing ctsttpensation to be paid to the bus drivers of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Lute and repealing Ord. No. 74-39, enacted April ib, 1974, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Lampert moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. <br />Wilamosky.
