<br />Mr. Rolf Bohn, Batton Rd., addressing Council pertaining to soccer balls hitting
<br />his windows requesting games to be suspatnderd until City can afford a fence or
<br />other type of protection. Magor stated he hats given order for the goat posts to
<br />be taken down in the mox~ing as~i until theme is a suitable ].aTout in the area will
<br />not have the soccer poles up.

<br />of April 1, 1975. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance Nos. 73-112 and 73-1.1.4 adopted
<br />Septembez 4, 1973, and Ordirutaace No. 73-143 adopted December 18, 1973. Mr. Giesser
<br />moved that Ord, No. 74-140 be postpcraed to date certain of May 6, 1975. Motion
<br />seconded by Mr. Lampert. Mr. Giesser explained reatson for postponatmeat. Aff~.ratative
