<br />Ordinance to approve, adopt and enact a ner traffic Code; to repeal ordinances in
<br />conflict therewith; to publish the e:utcttaarst of new wetter; and declaring an
<br />emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Goggin. Affirmative
