Council Minutes of 3-18-75 -8" <br />Resolution No. 75-64 introduced by Mr. Goggin was given its aacc~d reading. <br />A Resolution authorising the Service Director to advertise for bids for the <br />resurfacing of Butternut Ridge Road fros- Kennedy Ridge Road to Colus~aia Road. <br />Resolution No. 75-65 introduced by Mr. Lia~pert was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution authorising the Servae3e Direert~ar to advertise fear bids for 1,000 <br />tons of slag, and authorizing the Mayor tca contract for same, and declaring as <br />e~rgeacy. <br />Resolution No. 75-66 fatroduced by Mr. West wan given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorising the Safety ifirectr~ar to advertise for five nem- police <br />cars to replace present five cars. <br />Resolution No. 75-67 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its second reading. A <br />Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />far a ca~bined or package insurance policy for the City of North Olmsted, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 75-68 introduced by Mr. La~e:rt was given its second reaadiag. No. 75-73, seconded by Mr. West. Affireastive vote: <br />Giesser, Goggia, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamasky. Motion carried. <br />Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 75-73 was in*_raduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of 534,300 r~eswal notes in anticipation <br />~` of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring certain real estate and <br />~* the building thereon oa Dover Cater Road as a site for the expansion of the City <br />Building Complex. <br /> <br />
