Mr. Liagaert moved that the Finance Director furnish Fiscal Officer's Certificate in connection with Ord. No. 75-73, seconded by Mr. West. Affireastive vote: Giesser, Goggia, Lampert, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamasky. Motion carried. Finance Director Gerlach furnished Fiscal Officer's Certificate. Ordinance No. 75-73 was in*_raduced by Mr. Lampert and given its first reading. An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of 534,300 r~eswal notes in anticipation ~` of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of acquiring certain real estate and ~* the building thereon oa Dover Cater Road as a site for the expansion of the City Building Complex.
