~~ Council Minutes of 2-4-75 -7- Under New Business: Mrs. Beringer referred to Ord. No. 75-17 and asked if there is a possibility that the time schedule for senior citizens could be extended s~eeiag that they are asked for an increase in bus fare. Is it baeatsse the buses are so over crowded between that period; why can't they ride aayt#asae? IWErr. This was worked out with thess- and they were in agreemsent with these hours. Mr. Caster gave the hours the senior citizens can ride, etc. At this time Mr. West requested and received legislation No. 75-18. Ord. No. 75-18 was introudced by Mr. Weer and given its first reading. Mr. Wilanus3ky referred to Law Director Gateau's ress~rks earlier regarding tentative meeting on Saturday to discuss Co~arehes~sive Flan; and asked if m~etiag has been verified or is this just tentative. Mr. Giessen said it is a tentative sheeting and would not be set up to discussts the Cosspzehensive Plan:- It is set up to discuss the requests that Mr. Giessesr gave tta Law Director Gateau regarding changes in some parts of the Zoning Code - rhea Wcazr~ng and the sneering is to clarify what Mr. Giessen stunt by that kind of warding. Requested the Law Director to draft legislation requesting the Mayor to advertise for an architect and/or city planner to Delp assist us in detersnis~i.ng whether or not the uses that have bees recottt~rsnded are realistic.
