No. 74-ibl adopted. <br />Resolution No. 74-155 introduced by Mrs. Beringer was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution urging the State and liederal Ga~-ernments to take appropriate steps <br />in the establishment of a regulatozy ag+~ey for the control a~ operation of <br />solid waste disposal plants on a regional basis, together with the estsblashment <br />of the appropriate financial structure of regional solid waste disposal plants. <br />Ordinance No. 74-156 introduced by Mr. WilamRisky was given its second reading <br />as amended. An Ordinance to provide for psopor grading of land to provide for <br />the drainage of surface water within the City o€ North Olmsted, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 74-I68 introduced by Mr. Lampert was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance establishing a policy for the payment of accumulated sick leave <br />time upon the retireinecit of estployees of the City of North Olmsted who have at <br />least ten years service time. <br />Resolution No. 74-169 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />A Resolution urging the Cuyahoga County Msgors and City Managers Association <br />to establish a permanent and on-going review mechanism to study any proposed <br />increase in utility rates. <br />Ordinance No. 74-170 introduced by Mr. Lampert was, given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying the <br />City's portion of the cost of improving Columbia Road and certain ot~ar streets <br />and easements by constructing sanitary sowers, sewer curb connections <br />necessary appurtenances, including a sewage lift station and force main, necessary <br />Street resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities (Contract Nos. 15 end <br />16), and declaring an emergency. <br />
