An Ordinance authorizing the PLayOtc to enter into an agxeam+nt with the Govern- mental Research Institute for the ~erpose of providing a statistical analysis of the Police and Fire Departs of tt~ City of North Olmsted in comparison with other communities located #~- Cuyahoga County. Ordinance No. 74-173 introduced by Pbc. Lfmpert was given its ascend reading. An Ordinance fixing the rates of fame for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line on and after l~ebruary 3, 1975, repealing Ord. No. 74- 34, enact d March 19, 1974, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 75-1 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. An Ordinance to make appropriations for current expe~tse~ aad~d other expendituxes for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year e~ t3eoe~ber 3I, I975. Mr. Li~ert moved for suspension of rule requiring three se~earate readings, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggi~t, L~ert, Sharpe: West, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Beringer. Mr. Limpert -~rdi for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Mr. Limpert explained the tempc-rary appzopriatian ordinance and reason why he had requested suspension of rule rer~uiring readings - so that the Finance Director can meet payroll. Resolution No. 75-2 was introduced by Mr. Llmpert and given its first reading. A Resolution directing Che Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North Olmsted, Ohio during the year 1975 all tax money due and awing said City from any collection source. Ordinance No. T5-3 was introduced by Mr. Giesser. An Ordinance authorising the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a cooperation: agrseaa~at with the Cuyahoga County Board of Ccs~.ssta~naers for the utiiiaation of fuads~ reads available by the Housing and Coexs~ity Development Act of 1974, and declaring an emergency. Mayor Christman requested Council to suspend the rule requiring three readings on this legislation because of the request that the City eater into this agreement by Jsr~uary 13th. Mr. Giesser moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote: Giesser, Goggin, Limpert, Saringer, Sharpe, 'West, Wilamosky. Mr. Giesser moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote: Giessen, Goggin, Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord. No. 75-3 adopted. Resolution No. 75-4 was introduced by Mr. Giesser and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes only the Manos R,e-Subdivision in the City of North 01~ted. Resolution No. 75w5 was introduced by Mr. Giesser and given its first reading. A Resolution accepting for recording purposes Daly they City Line Re~Subdivision ~#3 and #4 in the City of North Olmsted.
