No. 75-I adopted. <br />Resolution No. 75-2 was introduced by Mr. Llmpert and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution directing Che Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio during the year 1975 all tax money due and awing said City <br />from any collection source. <br />Ordinance No. T5-3 was introduced by Mr. Giesser. An Ordinance authorising the <br />Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into a cooperation: agrseaa~at with <br />the Cuyahoga County Board of Ccs~.ssta~naers for the utiiiaation of fuads~ reads <br />available by the Housing and Coexs~ity Development Act of 1974, and declaring <br />an emergency. Mayor Christman requested Council to suspend the rule requiring <br />three readings on this legislation because of the request that the City eater <br />into this agreement by Jsr~uary 13th. Mr. Giesser moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three separate readings, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote: <br />Giesser, Goggin, Limpert, Saringer, Sharpe, 'West, Wilamosky. Mr. Giesser moved <br />for adoption, seconded by Mr. Limpert. Affirmative vote: Giessen, Goggin, <br />Lampert, Beringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. Ord.
