J <br />Council Aitnutre8 of 1' --°°75 '7' <br />Mayor Christman if ha intends to make +some recommendation and referred to resume <br />that was sent to Council and Administration in June by a gentle~aan interested in <br />providing service to that Board. Mayor stated he has sot contacted Mr. Patton <br />yet but will make an effort to meet with him. Mr. Wilamosky explained his <br />reason for bringing up the ~satter. <br />President Limpert referred to correspondence Council received from Community <br />Council regarding a contest for a City Seal and same was discussed in Caucus and <br />the Law Director suggested that a Member of Council make a motion to approve <br />the concept of having a contest for the purpose of coming up with a City Seal <br />but it is not a commitment to make a seal. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved to approve the concept of having a contest for the purpose <br />of coming up with a City Seal with the understanding that it is not a commitment <br />to make a seal or anthing of that nature, seconded by Mrs. Beringer. Affirmative <br />vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. <br />President Limpert called for a Council of the Whole meeting on November 23, 1976, <br />7:30 P.M., City Hall, pertaining to sidewalk repair program adjustments and <br />requested Law Director Gareau and Asst. City Engineer McDermott to be in attendance. <br />Mr. Beaty brought up a point of order regarding the Rules of Council and <br />parliamentary procedure and Roberts Rules of Order. Discussion ensued. <br />Mr. Boehmer moved for adjournment, seconded by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Boehmer, Saringer, Sharpe, West, Wilamosky.
