Mr. Beaty stated a few members discussed this and <br />are not sure the reason is for requesting suspension of rule. Discussion ensued. <br />President Lampert referred Res. No. 76-123 back to Recreation Committee, <br />Ordinance No. 76-124 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance authorizing the Mayan of North Olmsted to enter into agreements <br />with the State of Ohio Department of Transportation for the granting of <br />temporary right-of-way easements. <br />Ordinance No. 76-127 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its second reading. <br />An Ordinance to approve, adopt and enact Chapter 513 of the General Offenses <br />Code of the `Codified Ordinances to repeal ordinances in conflict therewith and <br />to publish the enactment of new matter, and declaring an emergency. <br />In connection with Res. No. 76-129 President Lampert stated Res. No. 76-129 <br />has been amended to include the emergency clause because of the price of salt <br />going higher and it was felt by the Service Director that this legislation should <br />be passed on emergency to take advantage of the existing price structure. <br />Resolution No. 7b-129 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky. A Resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 3,500 tons of salt and <br />authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three separate readit-gs, seconded <br />by Mr. West. Affirmative vote: Beaty, Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. West. Affir®ative vote: Beaty, <br />Boehmer, Coggin, Saringer, West, Wilamosky. Motion carried. R,es. No. 76-129 <br />adopted. <br />Resolution No. 76-130 was introduced by Mx. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids <br />for 2,000 tons of cinders and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same. <br />Resolution No. 76-131 was introduced by Mr. Wilamosky and given its first reading. <br />A Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />a new automobile to be wised by the Engineering Departa~t.
